Pre-registering foreign goods before departing for an international trip

You may visit the Customs office in Terminal E to register your foreign made perchase, prior to departing International.

This office is located lower level, just passed the Olympic/Korean ticket counter. There is a door just beyond the restrooms and phones which has an access intercom for the Customs office.
